Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we do things a little differently. Because we are a small shop, we can't guarantee that the item you might want to exchange for will be in stock by the time your returned item gets to us. Because of that, if you want a different product, please order the product, then contact us for a a return of your original item. We will ship out your new item and refund your return in accordance with our Return policy.

Shipping


Due to the nature of our business and International Trafficking in Arms Regulations, we will only ship to U.S. addresses. In addition, we will not ship to Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, or California. The lawmakers in those states have made it too difficult for a small business like myself to keep up with their regulations on what can/cannot be shipped to their state.

We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping, with the exception of custom uppers. Custom uppers ship for $20.

Drop Shipping

Since we've signed on with our distributor, we've been allowed access to their fulfillment services. Essentially, we list an item on our site and process the transaction, then I submit the order to them and they ship it to you. This is a big positive for us, for several reasons.
 
First, it allows us to offer you many more products than we would if we were to actually try to keep them all physically in stock. Second, it allows us to analyze which items are popular sellers, so that we can then make a list of what items to prioritize for purchase as we do transition into physical stock.
 
Processing times will be a little longer than if it was an item we physically possessed. We normally get in stock items out the door within 24-48 hours. With drop shipping, expect 48-72 hours before you get a shipping notification. Third, because the distributor serves so many different customers, it's possible that an item you order will go out of stock before they process our submitted orders.
 
Our pledge to you: any item that is being drop shipped will be labeled as such. That gives you the opportunity to decide if you're willing to accept the impacts I mentioned above. Drop ship orders will be placed the day your payment clears our payment processor. We will always try to minimize your wait time. If an item goes out of stock, we will notify you and let you decide whether or not you want to wait for the item.
 
We conduct spot checks on drop shipped items in our store. If an item goes out of stock at the distributor, we will mark it as out of stock on our site. We will never intentionally allow you to purchase an item we know we can't fulfill.
