You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If you need to exchange an item, we do things a little differently. Because we are a small shop, we can't guarantee that the item you might want to exchange for will be in stock by the time your returned item gets to us. Because of that, if you want a different product, please order the product, then contact us for a a return of your original item. We will ship out your new item and refund your return in accordance with our Return policy.
Due to the nature of our business and International Trafficking in Arms Regulations, we will only ship to U.S. addresses. In addition, we will not ship to Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, or California. The lawmakers in those states have made it too difficult for a small business like myself to keep up with their regulations on what can/cannot be shipped to their state.
We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping, with the exception of custom uppers. Custom uppers ship for $20.
